No. We handle creator sourcing, casting, scripting, filming direction, and editing. You provide brand guidelines, key messages, and product samples if physical product is involved. If your product is digital, we handle everything end-to-end with zero involvement required on your side beyond an initial brief.
After you sign and pay the project deposit, we schedule a 30-minute kickoff call to get aligned on your brand, audience, goals, and any creative constraints. From there, we write a creative brief including hook concepts and talking points, get your approval, and begin production. You're involved in the strategy phase — but not the production logistics.
Each package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions depending on the tier. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. We revise based on clear creative direction (e.g., "change this specific line" or "try this hook instead") — not vague requests. Additional revision rounds can be purchased if needed.
All videos are delivered in MP4 format, 9:16 vertical ratio (1080×1920), optimized for Meta Reels and Stories. We can also provide 1:1 square cuts (1080×1080) for Feed placements on request. Files are delivered via Google Drive link, ready to upload directly into Meta Ads Manager.
Pricing & Payment

We require 50% upfront to begin production and 50% upon delivery of final assets. We accept credit card, ACH bank transfer, and Stripe invoicing. The upfront payment reserves your production slot and covers creator fees and scripting work.

We work hard to align on direction before a single frame is shot, which prevents most issues. If after revisions you're still not satisfied, we'll have an honest conversation about what's off and how to fix it. Our goal is a long-term relationship — not a one-time transaction.

We do. Every video starts with a written script or talking-point brief developed by our team based on your brand, your audience, and our analysis of what's working in your category. We research competitor ads, identify winning hook angles, and write copy designed to stop the scroll in the first 3 seconds. You review and approve the brief before production starts.
We match creators to your product based on authenticity, on-camera presence, demographic alignment with your target customer, and category experience. We don't use actors reading lines — we brief creators on key messages and let them speak naturally, which is what makes UGC effective. You can review and approve creator selections before production begins.
Standard packages include paid media usage rights for 12 months on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). The Content Bank package also includes raw footage. If you want to use content on TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms, let us know upfront — we'll build that into the scope and rights agreement.
Yes, selectively. We use AI tools for scripting assistance, caption generation, and occasionally AI-enhanced B-roll for certain ad types. But our core UGC product is always human-created — real people, real reactions, real language. AI is a production efficiency tool for us, not a replacement for authentic human content. Results & Performance
We can't guarantee specific ROAS or CPA numbers — there are too many variables outside our control (your media buy, audience targeting, offer, landing page, product-market fit). What we can guarantee is that we'll deliver high-quality, performance-focused creative built on proven frameworks. We'll tell you honestly if something in your funnel outside of creative is holding performance back.
The most important creative-specific metrics are: Thumbstop Rate (% who paused on your ad), Hold Rate (% who watched past 3 seconds), Video Play Rate at 50% and 75%, and Click-Through Rate. These tell you whether the creative is working independently of your targeting or offer. We aim for 20%+ thumbstop and 4%+ hold rate as baseline benchmarks.
Most campaigns need 3–5 days of data at meaningful spend before you can draw conclusions. We recommend running all creative variations simultaneously, letting Meta optimize, and making decisions based on at least 1,000 impressions per ad. Don't kill ads too early — the algorithm needs time to find the right audience for each piece of creative.
This is the ideal scenario. When a creative wins, we analyze exactly what made it work — the hook, the structure, the creator, the CTA — and build iterations of it. You can come back for a follow-up batch, and we'll use the winning formula as the foundation. This is why having volume matters: more shots on goal means faster time to finding a winner.
